For the 2023 Paris Air Show, we're focusing on women who are committed and recognized at the heart of the aeronautics industry, where their outlook and perception stand out in a male-dominated environment: 76% (source Gifas) for aerospace and 82% for tech.

How their passion for aeronautics led them to surpass themselves, to grow wings, how their very different backgrounds can inspire new generations, and how this industry can improve to be more attractive and inclusive: these will be the main themes of the testimonials they will share with us.

The drone incidents are increasing rapidly and require a dedicated response. The majority of drones are standard commercial drones. Malicious drones use strategies designed to avoid detection or countermeasures. To combat this growing and asymmetric threat, CS GROUP proposes to present state-of-the-art solutions to protect a major event, sensitive site or theater of operation. Based on a modular and scalable C2, integrating AI and multi-sensors, we will present adaptive drone countermeasures solutions in the face of a rapidly changing threat.

The use of cloud computing has become an essential part of all business sectors. The fast-growing cloud computing market is dominated by foreign service providers and exposes users to a number of threats (technical and legal flaws resulting from the extraterritoriality of the market's major suppliers, who are not subject to French and European regulations). Given this situation, what are the solutions for a trusted cloud? Which platforms and solutions can meet the challenges of data sovereignty and current and future regulations?
Alongside OVH Cloud, we will be presenting the joint approach taken by our two companies as part of their partnership to meet these challenges.

Congestion, competition and contested of Earth orbits, in particular low orbits, will require new means of monitoring and predicting collision risks regarding of the growing number of space debris and the development of constellations of several thousand of satellites. These technical and regulatory means should guarantee the continuation of space activities in a safe, stable and sustainable environment. The Smart Space is set to become a significant player to meet this demand.

While cyber attacks are on the rise, regulations in France and Europe are being strengthened and harmonized (NIS regulation). The Restricted level of sensitivity (DR) is regulated by interministerial instruction and makes it possible to create a restricted level IS that ensures a sufficient level of confidence for unclassified data at restricted level. Teleworking has created new ways of working. For employees who need to access and hold sensitive data, this usually means having two isolated laptops and IS, multiplying the constraints, the purchase and maintenance costs for the company.
This conference presents innovative ways of managing two environments of different sensitivity on the same workstation, with the right level of security.

Mission Preparation Operators are used to working under extreme pressure and balancing competing demands while also ensuring they achieve requirements such as precision, penetration capability, and all against tight timelines.
As the quantity of information increases, the available time for decision-making decreases. It is therefore critical to collect, exchange and process data as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Data-Centric Security (DCS) addresses this challenge and brings additional benefits, such as improved interoperability between systems and stakeholders, with data governance becoming a cornerstone of effective mission preparation for the future, with solutions tailor-made for each particular circumstance.

Designing sustainable product cannot be achieved by using traditional engineering way of working: How to infuse sustainability in systems engineering as a routine? To perform this shift, we need to transform systems engineering way of working to assess at early design stages the impact of engineering choices, with adequate KPIs to drive decision making.
In this conference, we will introduce how Systems Engineering and Model Based systems engineering are major enablers for the future of engineering sustainable systems. We will address some Airbus initiatives in this direction and highlight levers and pain points toward this objective.

The industry as a whole, and aviation in particular, are currently facing one of the biggest challenges in their history: decarbonizing and massively reducing emissions from all their various operations by 2050. It is impossible to achieve this goal without close collaboration between all ecosystem stakeholders.
Since 2016, Toulouse's aeronautical ecosystem has been experimenting with a new collaborative governance in a strengthened public/private partnership context. Initially addressing issues linked to congestion in the Toulouse airport zone and mobility around the zone, this governance has, over the course of the projects, been structured and enriched to respond with proven effectiveness to the decarbonization challenges of the entire aeronautical ecosystem.
